True Costs are hidden with Cheaper Cost Specials

I 'ported' my number over from Vodacom.
As a Pensioner my attraction to change to 8ta was three fold:

1/. The low call rate per minute: 0.32cMin
2/. The Internet Bundle special offer "2 1" @ R149.
3/. Purchased airtime value given as reward.
This is fantastic - thank you.

I had reason to doubt the service given today.
Today at 5.21 pm I called the call-centre as my free 'reward' air time and my cash Balance had been used up too fast.
I am now left with a zero balance.

Khutso, your call-centre Agent, informed me that on commencement of my stay with 8ta, I was to have been given a call to notify me of the various call rate charge rates.
This call did not take place.
I was not aware of any other charge rates, the advertising on T-shirts, bill boards, etc etc, proudly stated the call rate charges. I am almost daily walking past your 8TA outlet.
No-where does it say in this advertising the cheaper call rate is subject to conditions.

Hearing I had been charged R1, 90/Min shocked me.

I feel I have been treated unfairly.
Not having been made aware of the true costs since my inception,
An 'air' of distrust has been created.
So this has been happening to me all the time?
