Nashua mobile - Worst Cell phone service provide

Had several contracts with this provider over past few years (Cell 0829404046 and 0788931642) The last one expired (0788931642) and due to experience of bad service by this company I refused an upgrade. Went to Langeberg Mall in Mosselbay on Tues 7 Jan and saw they had a special on Iphone 5C for R279 pm. My son convinced me and I signed up for this contract with a promise of delivery of this phone by Thursday 9 Jan .( I am living in Graaff Reinet, 400km from Mosselbay). Various queries as to the status of this order fell on deaf ears. Numerous promises by personnel at this Nashua Mobile outlet to get back to me led to nothing. They never got back to me. Today is Monday 13 Jan and again after numerous calls and queries from my side, still no clarity as to status of this order. At 16:45 I received a call from Nashua mobile inquiring as to what my gross income is and asking where I am working. Helloooooo!!! I have given that info a week ago and still have got a running contract with Nashua mobile. This is just an indication that my application, after a week, still had not even been processed. I have instructed order to be cancelled if phone is not shipped tomorrow
