Unfortunately my complaint was registered and I was not able to post a compliment as only one report will be accepted in a 5 day period.
I want to say thank you to Danell Govender who with great patience and true customer service listened to my complaint and then ensured that the right person emailed me back.
Upasna was tremendous and was not going to give up until my problem was sorted out.By the afternoon my contract was migrated for free and everything sorted out.
MTN can be very proud of these to employees - they are a great asset to the company.
