On Friday, 01/03/13 I locked my keys in the boot and I was situated in Musina, Limpopo. I called Tracey Avontuur who was amazing from the first minute right through until I got sorted. She was also assisted by her supervisor Brendan Sebastian whom ensured that I was safe and helped right through, with follow up calls every 30 minutes. They managed to dispatch a technician to assist from PTA to Musina. I am extremely pleased with this service and I say they must keep up the great work they are indeed great assets to Auto & General and to its policy holders. I am sorted and felt special with their professionalism, great care, consideration and empathy. I am comfortable to continue with this insurance and I will definitely recommend it to everyone else.
