Contract Changed without Customer's Consent

I have 5 accounts with VM. One I've had for 7 years, the others for 1 year. My account is not in arrears (you debit me monthly). As of the 8th of November all my numbers have been cut off. 12 phone calls to your call centre hasn't made any difference (4 out of the calls were handled by the same two people), no one can tell me why my contract has been changed. Call centre staff say "I'm not allowed" to cancel my account. Emails through your website, Promises from the call centre and transfers to ext. numbers that don't get answered haven't worked either. When I phone head office reception and ask for accounts, they put me through to the call centre. You have breached your agreement with me, I am not receiving the services you agreed to provide me. How do I cancell all my contracts/accounts? I'm not interested in any further and lack of services. If need be, I will reverse your debit payment requests for the rest of my life and/or see you in court. Go k yourselves, you useless bunch of Aholes!
