I phoned the call centre this afternoon with a problem regarding updating my account information that I had previously reported through the same call centre. At the time of the original complaint, I was told the matter would be investigated & reported to the developers. That was last month & I never received any feedback. When I tried to log in again today, I still had the same problem! :-( Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady that assisted me with the original call.
However, when I called this afternoon, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a super star, namely Joel. He immediately assisted with me with the necessary. Apologised for his colleague's lack of service/assistance & immediately gave me all his contact details to ensure that I could get hold of him if I needed to follow up! Thank you Joel! For going the extra mile & reminding me that there are individuals who are willing to look after their customers! I hope Axxess appreciate & recognise your abilities! :-)
