I bought 2 samsung s4's the day it was launched at Vodaworld, 27/04/2013. One of the chargers never worked so i took it back towards the end of 2013. I asked for a reference number and was informed it was not necessary and that they would contact me back. more than 3 months later, i have not received a call from them. When i called them last week, a guy said he would escalate the matter. still haven't received a call. pathetic service from a supposedly reputable retain outlet!!!
