No one answers the phones or returns calls

I have been trying to get hold of Mweb Technical and Sales departments for two months now with no joy. I have emailed, left messages and call backs and still NOTHING!!!

We have been a mweb customer for over 10 years and we even have our business hosted by them and this is the service we get!!!

I am so appalled at this!! I wanted to get Cloud service and now am wondering if I should bother if this is the service I am going to get???
