What do you have if you have a Service provider that is not customer-focused and does not invest in the time to understand the needs of the client? The answer is Afrihost. Being concerned with creating a company culture like Google is more important than providing the 2 things their clients require the most from the service:: Reliability and Consistency. The appearance to the outside world might seem that Google have a very relaxed and calm culture where they provide food and even beds to their employees, but NO company pays people for eating and sleeping on the job! Afrihost needs MANAGERS / LEADERS that can focus the company on providing the service they are suppose to be able to deliver. Close to daily unsuitability surely must ring bells at the top level that is not interested in even hearing from clients. Maybe technical people should approach business minded people to build a business and this is clearly the feeling Afrihost gives you. They have no Business person understanding what and how to improve customer experience. Having technical people speak to Business people when they phone in with a problem is in itself a flawed business model!
