We have had numerous issues with a data connection at our place in Arcadia Pretoia. We signed up for the contract in March 2013. MTN Connect got a 3rd party company out that has been to our property a few times however the signal still constantly drops. Its extremely frustrated and it never works when we need it to. We have requested to cancel the contract and refund us with the unused data. We were advised someone would contact us back however its been months and NOTHING. Please just cancel this contract as we cannot use it anyway. Query ref is 0052814. We would like to hear from someone asap!
