Converted from MTN to Cell C and porting was suppose to take place last week already.
Dealing with call centre agents is very frustarting - they make promised they cannot keep or they are just plain incompetent, and then you hold on forever to get to one of them.
I NEED SOMEONE TO TELL ME WHAT THE HOLD UP IS WITH MY PORTING!!! Seriously, it cannot be that difficult.
Maybe I should stay with MTN? (which is not that great as well)
