Online gaming activation

I was an mweb client but moved over to telkom for they they advertised a better deal. I was on a 4MB uncapped adsl line with no restrictions. I went to telkom and they assured me the same service... however I was to find out I was throttled hard and bottle necked. The line speed however is not my main concern. I spoke to many consultants with reference numbers and they assured my my online gaming "function" would be activated as this is my main priority. As till now nothing has been done after several phone calls and many hundreds of rands of airtime as I do not have a phone at home. So i would like to ask / demand that this be resolved or I Will be communicating to the press and relaying my story for the worst service ever possible. I truly hope this can be resolved in a peaceful regard. Thank you!!!
