My bank account showed a debit order going off went to check and it was from MTN. I stopped it immediately. I then called them. I was informed I owed them R3200 and if it is a account I have to proof it, by sending a copy of my ID and a affidavit. They will however not give me proof of when I opened the account or the number of the contract or were I opened the account. I am being robbed and my credit record messed up by them but I have to go to the trouble of proving I don't have an account with them. I am sorry but a company that does this can definitely not be trusted.
