We applied for a Telkom DSL lone on the 05/01/2014. On querying my order on the 10/01, the call centre agent told me to collect my modem as the line was ready.
During self installation, with assistance from the call centre, it was determined that the line was not activated as the modem was not syncing.
We received an activation notification via SMS on the 14/01.
On the 16/01 I attempted again with a self installation with help from the call centre. Again the modem was not syncing.
I have received multiple reference numbers for calls to the call centre.
