I upgraded my contract to a Samsung S4 last year September. On 30 December 2013 took it in for repairs. And still do not have my phone back. I logged a complaint with ref: 7580541. I went back to the store yesterday only to be told they requested some number and it can take up to 2 weeks to receive this before they can issue me with a new phone. To me this is unacceptable, and I have been with out a phone since 30 Dec now.
