I have on numerous occasions contacted Vodacom regarding incorrect billing on my account and they have failed to give me any response or feedback. On all occasions they have sent me from one department to the other and no one seems to know who is responsible, it's pretty much like a circus with no person knowing precisely what to do. They have promised to look into the matter and no one has ever come back to me. This has been going on for five months and I have lost every single ounce of patience I had. The service provided by their staff has been appalling and shocking to say the least and most of them are rude. If it were not for the high cancellation costs that Vodacom uses to lock their customers into a contract, I would have long ago cancelled my contract with them and switched to another network provider. They definitely do not know how to treat a customer. I'm very dissatisfied with the treatment I have received.
