Pathetic

Telkom is pathetic.i logged a complaint for upgrading a cellphone contract and received a call back to say they attending to it yesterday. Needless to say I am still waiting for a call back. I am basically paying for an expired contract and was told to come back at month end to get it upgraded. Month end? Since when are service providers only working in the last week of the month. Why should I then pay on time if they can be selective in when they help me. Pathetic, sickening
