PLEASE TELKOM CAN IT GET ANY WORSE

I wrote about waiting for 5 weeks on 02 Jan 2014.
Ok so yippeee they fixed my land line which had no problems before.
My ADSL still not working.
Phoned yesterday phone slammed down in my ear.
Ok now what do Telkom want from us just to get any kind of service... please tell us.
This is the worst service I ever got from any one in my life.
