I have been billed R7 a day from the beginning of November 2013 to 12 January 2014 which totals over R400. I have no clue where or when I have subscribed to this service. not to mention there is no service! I have not received any communication from the said company and thus would like a full refund!
I need an explanation on how was I subscribed and all proof of acceptance and confirmation of subscription. If I personally did not authorize the subscription via SMS or other means I would like a full refund.
