I would like to compliment a most wonderful lady who works at the KFC in the Hermanus Main Road branch by the name of Bulelwa.
While it is common knowledge that the staff at fast food outlets work for a mediocre pay, and can be forgiven for mediocre service as a result, I have never come across such a positive, friendly and competent staff member at any KFC in the country as Bulelwa. She is clearly hard worked and at times you can see she is tired yet she always summons up a bright smile and an efficient positive attitude and after receiving my order from her I always leave the branch happy to have done business with KFC and especially satisfied that what is in the take away bag is actually what I ordered (every time) thanks to Bulelwa.
Bulelwa you are an asset to your company and if I had any work for you in my business I would snatch you away from KFC in a heartbeat. They are truly fortunate to have you dealing with their customers and you do KFC proud! Chickens everywhere should be very nervous because thanks to Bulelwa KFC now has a customer who is willing to eat much more of them!
You are the "SO GOOD" in KFC's slogan - Thank you Bulelwa!
