Epairs not done for one month

I called Telkom on 17th Dec to lay a fault on my phone, it is completly dead, the consultant took my fault with details & said would receive a ref no. Shorthly, I didn't receive any, on my fourth attempt that week on the 19th of Dec I finally got a ref no, I waited for technician to sort the phone no one came. I continued to call the fault dept & got the same answer the technician has to work on the interchange line, it is now the 12th of Jan the line is still not repaired. After givinig the fault dept all my contact details the techinician calls my sister-in-laws work line to talk to me. I am absoultely appalled with Telkom, When we don't pay for the services they suspend our line but it takes them one month to fix a line
