We applied online by [URL Removed] for a smartphone for my wife. It took them 2 weeks to call. When they finally called to do the application. They did everything up to the Terms and Conditions. My wife was approved and the consultant said he will call back in ten minutes to complete the call but he never did and it is a week later.
Telkom Mobile services is horrible. it says on their website everything should take up to 5 days. We have been waiting for 3 weeks now. Horrible! Horrible!
