I have been trying to get in contact with Telkom through their call centre. I have waited up to 10minutes at a time and still no answer. I have recently moved and would like to move my landline. I have gone on the website and sent a request to move my landline. It said that someone would contact me within 48hrs. It is now 4 days later and still no one has contacted me.
