MTN is A JOKE -
For the last 3 months I have been trying to resolve.
a. The more than double billing of my contract for 23 months.
b. Obtain 2 itemised billing statements
In total more than 8 customer reference calls have been made - Nothing resolve. - Area manager contacted and advised "I will come back to you" - Still awaiting their call - Called again I they just cut off the call - Numerous e-mails and letters written and even hand delivered threatening to take legal and public action against MTN - Still no response
Customer and manager feedback service is no existence - Trying to resolve the problem over the phone is just a waste of time.
Legal action will now be taken against MTN and all possible channels of circulating this complaint will be be undertaken.
If we DO NOT want any customer assistance / service or feedback and be OVER BILLED for 23 MONTHS then choice MTN... BUT good luck if you run into problem... You have been warned.
