Dealt with Tarryn on 03/09/2013 and i received excellent service. She was not only super friendly but i didnt feel at one point that she was reading from a script. She had so much personality amd zest for her job. She had an extensive knowledge of the products i was enquiring about. At the end of the call i was shocked to see i spent about 48 min on my cover (long call as i had many questions and changes). she was patient and answered each question to my understanding. It was as though i was speaking to someone i have met before. she even pointed out we share a birthday (must be why she was so friendly) Thank you Tarryn for your help and excellent service.
