I needed to have my upgrade delivered today. After numerous calls to Nashua Stores for assistance without much success I contacted the head office upgrades division. There I was introduced to
Simphiwe Mkhize. This gentleman just displays ALL Customer Service aspects I am accustomed to judging on an international level. From Someone who went over seas before to experience and evaluate Customer Service levels, I am impressed. I suggest you take Simphiwe into your call centres to do coaching... or even better, into your stores because he has what it takes to change the general perception people have of Nashua Mobile. I was NOT the easiest of persons to deal with, but in the end what pays off is his "promise to deliver"... In a country like South Africa finding this is as rare as they come. He is a star in my books. Please thank him again as I have e-mailed him to say thank you. Thanks to Simphiwe a 6 year tenured client on the verge of cancelling is staying on with you guys.
