Poor Service from telkommobile

On the 27th Dec 2013 I completed online application to order Ipad Mini and I have not received response. I went to the branch in centurion mall and the consultant said she telkommobile doesn't have functionality to order online.

I used the online application to make things easier but it looks like telkommobile doesn't want new customers.

As per consultant at centurion mall they dont have stock because their manager is on leave. Does it mean if the manager goes on leave we cant get service?
