My Fiance's Contract Expired on 7 Dec '13.She Cancelled the Contract and gave notice on 26 Nov '13. Thus following the Policy and Terms of a months notice. Thus the contract will be completed on 26 Dec '13.
January 2014 came and her months money was uploaded again.
We went into the Canal walk Shop, Century City, Cape Town. I asked for the status of this contract and the lady "SHANNON", told me it is active and that she can see that the notice was given on the 26 Nov '13.
She phoned head office, from the store and I stood there for 20 minutes before the Shop could get hold of someone to answer the phone.
Eventually when she got through, they terminated the number on the contract as it is past the Date.
Then she told us that we will be liable to pay for the Month of January. Utter nonsense that we must pay for a mistake that you guys made. Now we have to log a case (REF: 4265420) in order to get the money back after it has been deducted. Yet again this is BS.
After this I needed a Letter of Confirmation that the Contract is cancelled etc in order to port the number.
This could not be even given to me.
The Documentation is Poor and lack of responsibility for this is shocking.
