Telkom installed a adsl line at my house last year February.
Now when I want to move to another, cheaper service provider, I am told that I am bound to a 24 month contract. Even the call centre agent was extremely rude, insisting that I should have known that all adsl lines come with a 24 month contract, which is utter.
Not once did I request a contract.
I would like to get this rectified ASAP.
If Telkom can provide proof me of either a voice or telephone recording, or a signed contract, I will gladly pay the remainder of the contract.
