I have contacted the MTN call centre about 10 times now and even visited the Rivonia Service Centre however NO ONE HAS ASSISTED ME WITH MY REQUEST!!!
For the day of 13 July 2013 (invoice date 20/07/2013) I was charged R628.61 for data usage, I have called the call centre numerous times to obtain a URL report to understand what sites I had accessed that day as the charged amount is quite exorbitant!
Please urgently assist with this, my reference numbers are as below:
