Inconvenient convenience

I purchased 2 Gig data this morning for which Kelly Lovember offered to load directly. I spelt out the number after writing it down correctly yet Kelly made a mistake which I found out once home. At this point all fine, I needed to go to Pick N Pay anyway so I went back to the shop and pointed out the mistake. The more senior shop attendant took over from Kelly and told me the mistake had been corrected, "it would just take around ten minutes to transfer the data from the other number". Back home I realized again that the data had not been transferred... Rush back to the shop a little more than annoyed especially since at this point their phone was not even being answered. I manage to get there just before closing. Again I am silenced with the ten minute story. Third time lucky? not. The consultant at 082111 informed me there was no record of a transfer taking place; Nothing; my 2 GIG was still sitting on the wrong number...
