It seems that MTN does not want to help. They constantly close an issue that is not resolved.
I upgraded 3 weeks ago. I started to complain 9 days ago. The wrong amount of data is loaded, no sms's were loaded, but R1000 is taken from my account.
Neo is the first person to actually help me. He is the only person that knows what customer service is. But the other 8 odd people i have spoken with are not helpful.
I am still utterly disgusted. Please can a customer service manager contact me, as i would like to express my dissatisfaction with MTN.
