After my previous report I was contacted the next day the 24 th December by an operator. She assured me that my claim would be fast tracked. I have not had any further feedback since. This shocking. It is one month since my phone got smashed in a motor vehicle accident. My vehicle was written off and replaced by Santam within 2 weeks. Why is Nashua delaying to do what is needed?
