LACK OF ASSISTANCE 7 FEEDBACK WITH SIM-SWOP

Good day Madam/Sir

I have been trying to do a sim-swop for cell number 0847541354 since Tuesday, 24 December 2013. I bought a new sim card at Pep in Paarl but did not Rica it. I then called 0860332244 (their call center I believe) at approximately 15h02 and stayed on the line till 16h05 which depleted my airtime. I then called again this morning at approximately 08h55 and luckily for me I was put through to an operator, Thsepo I believe after staying on the line for 6 minutes. I gave the details of the new sim card I bought... the 89-numberas was requested by the operator and was told that he will call me back. It is now 11h15 and yet no response.

I did try to call back to 0860332244 but after 15minutes I drop the call for I am currently at work and could not stay on the line any longer without any response. I called again today at 15h36 and after 10 minutes I dropped the call.

I really need assistance with this sim-swop please and it seems as if RMCS are just ignoring my request. I also log a complain on their web-page and is awaiting a response.
