Shocking service

Had a telephonic call today from Charles Smith (Area Sales Manager for Cape Town). Insisted that my Iphone now had water damage, as well as having been tampered with. This amazingly came to light over two months after checking the phone in at MTN George. Then, he e-mailed all the relevant reports and photos. The most amazing thing of all is that his reports refer to an Iphone checked in around 13/09/2012 with a different IMEI number to my IPhone. My Iphone was checked in on 29/11/2012. I am totally bewildered about what is going on - it is as if MTN (and HVRC) are trying to find any possible reason not to fix my phone. I know MTN is a very large company and I am just a very small client - please will someone at MTN sort out my IPhone (which was only sent in with a Wi-FI toggle button problem - this seems to be a worldwide problem with the Iphone - see [URL Removed] ) and let me have it back, so that I can get back to using the phone as a very useful daily business tool.
