Dear diary. Its been 3 weeks since Nashua Mobile took my phone. IN that time they have sent it back untouched twice. In the same amount of time its done more travelling up and down South Africa than I have. And thats saying a lot!
Nashua Mobile you complete bunch of incompetent fools. This morning the first person I spoke to told me my phone was in upgrade. That's all she could tell me because that is what was on the system (screen in front of her). She couldn't ell me anything else.
The second person I spoke to told me my phone was in JHB in repairs. I waited on hold for 35 minutes to confirm this and had to ring off because, well because I have a live and busy career.
The third person I spoke to told me my phone was back in Canal Walk un repaired (untouched) BUT, that someone would be there to help me set it up. Hahaha. I have 4 pother iphones. What could they teach me.
So I go there. SURPRISE SURPRISE. Said person is not there.
Now 3 weeks, a dozen phones calls and you have still not fixed, replaced or repaired the phone you sold me.
The same phone that is still under warranty. POOR! SAD!!
