Over the phone contract

Hi

I have accepted a contract over the phone with the promise of extra data. I recieved only 200Mb extra but i think the consultant offered 500Mb extra per month. I then logged a complaint with vodacom requesting that the recording be reviewed and sent to me, its almost 10 days later and i have no feedback. Please resolve
