Good Day,

I have recently change from Absa to FNB, I did change my banking details with Telkom in time for the Debit Order to go off at FNB. The info wasn't change by Telkom and I was requested by Donald Motau to do EFT, which I did and I have sent the confirmation through to Donald by email.
When I received my Telkom statement, I notice there are a unknown Service Fee of R160.67. I have sent numerous emails to Donald with no response, after about the second mail, I receive a reply back that he is on leave and I can contact Mosa Makooa, which I did. I received an email back from Mosa that they will attend to it immediately. A day later I received an email that "they really apologised for the inconvenience that I experienced with Telkom. TheyI will definitely make sure that they waive those charges and I shall see the credit on the next invoice. I have received 2 invoices after the statement that they will credit it, I have sent about 3 emails to Mosa, with no response from anyone at Telkom.
I have notify Telkom well in advance of the changes am not prepared to pay any fees for a Telkom fault.
