FOR THE LAST 7 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING AND COMPLAINING AND YOU HAVE ASSURED ME THAT MY PROBLEM WOULD BE GIVEN ATTENTION. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS I'VE GIVEN YOU ALTERNATIVE NUMBER WHERE I AM REACHABLE BUT YOU HAVE FAILED TO DO SO. I WAS ASSURED THAT I WILL BE REFUNDED FOR SOMETHING THAT IM NOT EVEN USING.
