JUST SEND ME MY ITC REF NUMBER

I HAVE BEEN SENT FROM PILLER TO POST - AND STILL WAITING FOR MY ITC REF NUMBER IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO OPEN A CASE REGARDING MY PHONES THAT WERE TAKEN FROM ME DURING A HI-JACKING INCIDENT - THE LAST THING I NEED IS TO DEAL WITH YOUR INCOMPETENT STAFF-YESTERDAY I SPOKE TO A SMANGELE WHO PROMISED ME THAT I WOULD HAVE THE REF NUMBER BY TODAY-INSTEAD I HAD TO BORROW SOMEONE ELSE'S PHONE AGAIN TODAY -SPOKE TO A MOGADI WHO TOLD ME THERE ARE ALOT OF BLACKBERRY'S AND DIFF IMEI NUMBERS (WHICH I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND) AS I GHAVE BEEN USING ONLY 1 BLACKBERRY EVER SINCE. IM GETTING FED UP WITH THE SERVICE AND TIME IS AGAINST ME NOW AS THE INSURANCE WILL ASK WHY IT TOOK ME SOO LONG TO REPORT THE PHONE - TWO PHONES WHERE - MTN GOT BACK TO ME YESTERDAY WITH THE REF NUMBER JUST NOT VODACOM! AND I THOUGHT YOU GUYS WERE THE BEST - IN THE PROCESS - CANCELL MY CONTRACT WITH IMEDIATE EFFECT!
