I upgraded my current contract at the beginning of last week and ordered a new device. The consultant indicated that they don't have stock and that they need to order. I indicated that it is OK but i needed the device before the next Friday because i am going on holiday. They indicated that it would be fine as they had about 8 working days to deliver the order. I have yet received nothing. I have phoned them a number of times and requested when the device will be available but their answers are:
They cant tell me when the device will be there
They get orders every day
They will phone me (they have not contacted me once, not even to give feedback after my enquire phone calls)
They are not able to track orders
This is totally unacceptable and the worst service i have ever received from a telecommunications company.
