So 8ta incorrectly cancels my contract, I wait for at least 2 weeks for them to re-activate the contract and that was ok, I get my bill and I am billed for new sim and connection (no idea how) and BIS when I have BB10 which, as far as I know, does not run on BIS (Unless there was some magical innovation from RIM that we were unaware of). So I follow process and log a case to Finance/Billing on 03-12-2013, it is 10-12-2013 and NO ONE HAS WORKED ON THE CASE? So I call the call centre and NO ONE CAN HELP ME? Given the error in cancellation, the time it took for them to rectify it, not to mention everything lost in between as i didnt have a phone for 2 whole weeks and then this... PATHETIC would be an improvement, that I can deal with, this... is another level of incompetence unrivaled by many
