Who is to blame???

I had the unfortunate inconvenience of my cell phone getting on the 30th of October, and reported it that night as soon as I got home at 7 pm, a month later i noticed that an exorbitant amount was debited from my account so decided to check my statement and found that to my surprise (and horror) the number that had been had a massive amount attached to it considering my limit was only R150 i was shocked to discover I had infact been charged over R894.05. I then decided to phone Nashua Mobile to check what was going on with the account I discovered that the person who the phone had apparently subscribed me to a R30 a day club I immediately asked for the the subscription to be cancelled and the lady said she would put a request through for a refund. When I followed up today I was told I was misinformed and that the club does not do refunds, I was told to give Via Media a call and follow up with them, after a very lengthy chat with them i was informed they do not do refunds i would have to call Nashua Mobile. I called back again and was basically told that there was nothing that could be done. All i want is my money back for a game played on my sim
