Poor service, actually no service!

I've been having trouble with my connection for a long time now, a couple of months (since switching my line from telkom to afrihost). During the day my connection, it disconnects and reconnects frequently and my download speeds are a joke! I've got a 2mb/s line which means that I should get around 200kbp/s download speed. I only get 10kbp/s at most (during the day). My connection is uncapped so I understand that they might throttle my line, but they insist that they do not. I have contacted them about this, the latest was this morning asking why they have not replied to my previous e-mail, a couple of days ago. This is not the firs time that I have been ignored by them. If / When they reply it always ends up with me having to do the same tests and them telling me the problem is not what I think it is. Afterwards nothing happens. They boycot fixing my problems, and that sickens me!
