Terrible attitude from Superviso

After sitting in vodacom for an hour I leave, go home and at 15h00 I got a phone call saying that my bank account cannot be changed cause I need a letter from the bank, I was not told at vodacom only later when the banks are closed and my debit order comes off tomorrow. I spoke to the supervisor Jesse Mkhize and after asking her questions she had the worst attitude and refused to answer me, this type of woman should not be in a leadership role if she cannot handle customers. I advise nobody to deal with her as you will be disappointed and ignored, then when I asked to speak to somebody else she simply hung up on me.
