What a disaste

I don't believe it. After struggling to get a contract with MTN for a Samsung Tab 111 7" we received the package via courier after a lot of hassles to find that the Sim card was not activated and we needed to go to the MTN shop in George Garden Route Mall to have it activated and Rica. This now is still pending. What kind of service is this? After 7 1/2 weeks we still have no access. This is really not what you expect from a big company like MTN. Very disappointing to say the least!!!
