I have no signal in my area so cannot use the service that I pay for unless I pay you to install a booster (that might not work). So what you telling me is I must pay you more to use what I already pay for. I am often on call with the nature of my work being available 24 hours a day to my clients. Please do what is right and fix the problem on your side or I am going to move service providers.
