I have now been holdng on the phone for 50 minutes... and my blood is slowly starting to boil.
I ported my number to Vodacom on the 1 September which is obviously and implied cancellation, but just realised that Virginmobile is still debiting my account and I'm told I didnt cancel my contract... but how is it possible to use the same cel number and have two different service providers??? please refund this the subscriptions from September - December immediately and CANCEL MY CONTRACT FOR GOOD WITH THIS USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER... I'm APPALLED by your service!!!
