New Cellphone Contract

We went to Telkom shop in Mall of the North Last week Wednesday. We applied for a contract on our business name. Since then the computers show credit verification in process. No one can give me an answer. On the head office side they told me over the phone the contract was approved but the systems in not updated. From the branch side they say they cant inquire on the order cause the account must be approved (Spoke to Abigail, Sales agent is Happy) This is not acceptable. Now i must phone on my account to sort out the customer service issues of your company. I need this issue to be resolved today. Your personnel need better training to work with the public as they fail in assisting in applications and inquiries.
