Upgrade Failure

Mondo Mobile, or Rewards phoned me for an upgrade in Nov '13, we are now halfway through the first month of 2014 and I have still not received my new device or a courtesey call to explain the failure.

I have sent them messages and e-mails to contact me ASAP and still no response from their side.

Totally disgusted in their service!!!
